ExemptJOB SUMMARYThe Senior Salesforce Administrator will manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. This role is critical in enhancing user experience, streamlining processes, and driving data-driven decision-making across departments. The Administrator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce applications and support business operations effectively.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCustomize Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and usability, creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types as necessary.Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce platform, managing user setup, profiles, and permissions.Maintain data integrity through audits, data cleansing, and validation processes. Implement data import/export strategies and manage data migrations.Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and user activity.Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce tools, and create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business value.Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing system upgrades and new features as necessary.Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and maintain Salesforce security protocols.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce environments.Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer) preferred.Proficient in Salesforce customization, configuration, and data management.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud and Field Service Lightning.Knowledge of integrations with other systems (e.g., Business Central ERP) is highly desirable.Experience with or exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud preferred.Exposure to AWS Connect and Commerce Cloud B2B a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.DISCLAIMERPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
