POSITION SUMMARY:
As a
Senior Salesforce Administrator
at Duravant, you will be a pivotal part of our digital transformation journey. We are looking for an experienced individual who will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, enhancing its functionalities while aligning with our strategic business goals. You will engage in analyzing, designing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to streamline processes, increase user adoption, and drive efficiency. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating an excellent user experience and enjoys managing various aspects of the Salesforce platform, including user management, support, training, and system optimization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a lead administrator for a Salesforce environment supporting over 1200 users (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service).Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses, including onboarding and deactivation.Configure Salesforce platform, including but not limited to flows, approval processes, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.Handle Salesforce DevOps and release management, managing sandbox environments, and coordinating deployments.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.Design and implement scalable best practices to enhance user satisfaction and system performance.Monitor platform performance, security, and system health, and proactively implement improvements.Oversee data integrity, data management, and ensure compliance with best practices in data governance.Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.Lead integration efforts with third-party apps such as Marketo, ActivePrime, ZoomInfo, Conga Composer, etc.Manage platform roadmaps, prioritizing development tasks in alignment with strategic goals.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication, collaboration, and planning capabilityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service.Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced certifications like Platform App Builder and Advanced Administrator are a plus).Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and change management.Experience in designing and implementing process automation within Salesforce.Proven ability to manage release cycles and deployments.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of Apex code or triggers.Has Gearset (or similar tool) experience.Has Agile framework experience.Experience in managing a team of Salesforce Administrators or Developers.Involvement in the Salesforce community and continued professional development through certifications or events.WHAT WE OFFER:
