Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Data Analyst will help inform strategic decisions by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and translate those needs into data-driven recommendations.Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making processes.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide a clear overview of key metrics and trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.Identify patterns and trends in data sets to inform business strategy and operational improvements.Participate in the design and optimization of data collection and processing methodologies.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data audits and validation checks.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or statistical software.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Banking environment experience is strongly preferred.Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.Excellent communication skills to convey insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI is preferred.Benefits
