QualifikationAt least Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fieldExperience in embedded software development, ideally in automation technologyAt least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificationIdeally SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certificationExperience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication among multiple teams and stakeholdersAbility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
