BeschreibungYour main responsibilities are to coach the team on Scrum and SAFe values, principles, and practicesFacilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospectiveRemove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and performanceCollaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers to align the team's goals and priorities with the program and portfolio visionPromote a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation within the team and across the organization

QualifikationAt least Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fieldExperience in embedded software development, ideally in automation technologyAt least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificationIdeally SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certificationExperience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication among multiple teams and stakeholdersAbility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
