Location: Shanghai, SH, CNCompany: GoodyearLocation: CN - ShanghaiGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Amelia LiSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoJob Responsibilities:You need to drive Logistics Analytics covering Transportation & Warehousing to generate insights, build visibility, and feed cost optimization initiatives. Acquire, harmonize, and connect data from different sources – GY Systems, 3PLs/Transporters, and build required reports/dashboards to drive actions.You need to support Logistics COE and Logistics Operations Manager on various projects related to Network Study, Ocean Freight Visibility, Logistics KPI Tracking and Management, Net Cost Out opportunities, Loss Analysis, Cost to Serve, etc. from a data extraction and analysis standpoint.You will closely work with cluster teams, master data, and IT to streamline and build data pipelines, reports, and dashboards covering end-to-end Logistics to drive performance and cost management.You are requested to support AP Logistics reporting requirements in the form of decks for MORs, AOP, Rv4C, Weekly DMS, etc.Requirements:You received a Bachelor's Degree in a Math-related field, preferably with a Master’s Degree in Analytics.You have around 2-3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields. Good business acumen is needed.You must have knowledge of writing SQL/Snowflake queries, Tableau/PowerBI, and advanced Excel.Basic Python skills for creating scripts for automation would be a plus.You are passionate about extracting data from different systems, cleaning/organizing it, and converting it into meaningful insights/reports/dashboards.You have an analytical way of thinking – can connect the dots, can explain linkages, etc.You have good communication skills in English.Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
