Taxation, Trusts & EstatesDirect Counsel is seeking a seasoned Trusts & Estates attorney with 10+ years of experience to join the Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department at a highly regarded law firm in California. This role is open to candidates in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco. The ideal attorney will have extensive experience in trust administration and sophisticated estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families, including a strong track record in drafting complex estate planning documents such as revocable and irrevocable trusts.Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in Trusts & Estates, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.Technical Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of trust administration and advanced estate planning techniques.Document Drafting:
Proven expertise in drafting a variety of estate planning documents, including trusts.Education:
Excellent academic credentials; an LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.Communication Skills:
Strong written, interpersonal, and communication abilities.Licensing:
Active admission to the State Bar of California.Preferred Background:
Large law firm experience.Compensation:The base pay for this position is expected to range between $250,000 and $300,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.This role offers the chance to work with a prestigious firm and contribute to a high-level team serving sophisticated clients across California.
