At the heart of that revolution precision, accuracy and scale are best in class processes and systems.As NPI Program Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems perform to the required efficiency, reliability, velocity and scale during Peak Events(New Product Introduction, Promotions), to ultimately enable Ops Business teams seamlessly executeThe NPI Program Manager drives process and system strategies to launch products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability for Apple’s B2B Channel. NPIs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPI Program Manager is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented, excels in project management, communicates with ease at all levels, thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.ResponsibilitiesManage Roadmaps and drive enhancements for NPI Tools and ProductsNPI Event management- Cadence setups, Comms planning, stakeholder engagement,Post NPI activities - debriefing , Post opsMinimum Qualifications3+ years job experience as a program manager, or team lead in global organizationsBA/BS Degree or equivalent experienceExcellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organizationProven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systemsProven Experience with SAP ECC 6Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contextsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levelsExec Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post-mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audienceProblem Solving techniques for issue resolutionAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issuesPreferred Qualifications
Proven Experience with Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologiesCustomer Focused: Passionate about the customer experienceUnderstanding of the B2B operations fulfillment processAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
