This role will report up into the VP of 1LMX Deployment and Integration.Your Mission
As the Transformation Integrated Test Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing an integrated test strategy across all Business Areas at Lockheed Martin. You will coordinate closely with all areas of the business to ensure a robust integrated test plan is clearly defined across all processes and applications. You will also ensure business areas are aligned to the overall strategy, and will help ensure the right people from the business areas are testing the right processes and at the right time. Additionally, you will drive an integrated automated testing approach across application portfolios to ensure releases in the future can be done with tight windows with no impact to quality of systems.This role is fully remote, but will require travel ~30%.Basic Qualifications:
Significant experience in the IT and Business Application systems areaExperience leading large software and application teamsExperience in leading enterprise application transformational effortsStrong communications and leadership skillsProven ability to create and set strategy and influence stakeholdersExperience leading people and leadersAbility to travelUS citizenship is required due to system accessDesired Skills:
Experience with standing up automated testing strategies and platformsExperience with application level defect management best practicesClearance Level:
