The OneLM Transformation (1LMX) program, the largest internal program ever undertaken by the company, will re-engineer our business processes with a focus on commonality, interoperability, and a better stakeholder experience.Your Mission: Lead a Revolution in Global Payroll: Shape the Future of Our Finance TransformationJoin our People Financial Services team in Enterprise Operations as the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Transformation, reporting directly to the Director for People Financial Services and the Vice President of Global Financial Services. In this pivotal role, you will plan, develop, and coordinate the transformation of Lockheed Martin's global payroll strategy and service model, focusing on improving payroll operations, processes, and systems in alignment with Enterprise-wide 1LMX transformation initiatives. As a visionary leader, you will:Drive the strategic plan for payroll transformation, encompassing process reengineering, service model design, and change managementOversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll transformation initiativesDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payroll transformation initiativesCultivate and lead a high-performing team of payroll and finance professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunitiesDirect the evaluation and selection of new technology, outsourcing, or insourcing solutions, including vendor management and contract negotiationEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsIn addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the Payroll Product Owner for the implementation of our groundbreaking Human Capital Management (HCM) system, scheduled for 2026. Key responsibilities in this capacity include:Collaborating with the Employee Central Payroll scrum team to prioritize work, ensuring alignment with overall project planning and executionActing as a voting member of the HCM Change Control Board (CCB), assessing requests and driving key decisions to remove blockers for the Employee Central Payroll team or the overall programPartnering with external vendors and consultants to prioritize work, resolve issues, and make informed decisionsEnsuring resource needs are escalated and addressed in collaboration with supplying organizations (e.g. Finance, IT)Collaborating with external consultants to implement appropriate internal controls with the new systemsPlanning and executing change management activities for internal working teams, business area customers, and individual employeesWhat's In It For YouFrom onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $139,400 - $262,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
