BENCHMARK architectural wall panels by Kingspan are the premier choice for architects looking for architectural insulated panels and facades.Summary:

Deliver product sector specific annual sales revenue in line with company budget and strategic plan.Deliver Invoice Sales and Order Intake Budget in line with corporate strategic plans and budgets within the US markets.Manage day to day Benchmark external sales organization activities and incremental metrics in Salesforce CRM program for monthly KPIs Pre-engineered metal market activities.Develop and Manage pricing strategies for the entire Benchmark sales organization.Develop market plans and set individual growth strategies.Assist VP of Sales in preparing monthly and quarterly commercial forecasts.Manage, maintain, and increase margins throughout the product sector.Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing Department in developing Technical Commercial Tools, driving our sustainability program as well as including white papers and applications to demonstrate NetZero compliance using Kingspan products and the introduction of an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration).Assist VP of Sales in development and implementation of commercial strategic plan in line with Kingspan Group Plan.Implement team wide Training Matrix on key products, including product knowledge training and introduction of product specific installation guides.Collaborate with National Sales Directors on bid strategy development and price book management.Additional Compliance Responsibilities:Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.Group Compliance Manual:2 Senior Management4 All personnelEducation/Experience:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture or related fields.Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar management role.Experience in one or more of the following: pre-engineered, insulated/metal panels, construction, exterior wall systems, roofing, etc.Ability to understand and interpret project specifications, addendums, special provisions and all other applicable project documents.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to interface with executives, design teams and industry organizations.Self-motivated and possess the ability to meet deadlines and problem solve with minimal supervision.Experience with insulated/metal panel construction a plus.Preference for CDT and LEED-AP/GA.CRM experience, Salesforce experience preferred.Computer Skills:Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.Physical Requirements
