As our Leadership Coach, you will facilitate workshops so our scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will prepare for workshops, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience working with high school students from underserved communities.

Leadership Coach
is the right fit for you if…
You are passionate about supporting students to succeed in high school and preparing them to apply for and attend a four-year college.
You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students.
You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students.
You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students.
You are comfortable working 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday to Friday with occasional work on the weekend to support with scholar field trips/college visits.
Compensation:
This position is
Full-Time ,
Non-Exempt . The full compensation range for a Leadership Coach in
San Francisco, CA
is $27.63/hour-$37.38 / Hour
with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $32.01/hour-$33.48 / Hour
to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
