Student Recruitment Specialist

As our Student Recruitment Specialist, you will help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities to join College Track to matriculate to and graduate from college. Every day you will build relationships within the community and engage with scholars and their caregivers providing them with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful. Monday - Thursday (or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and remotely 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Fridays. You will also need to be open to some weekends and evening work as needed.

This position is full-time exempt with a full compensation range of $53,550-$72,450 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to the role, you can expect an offer between $62,055 - $64,890 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time in the position.
