APPLY FOR THIS JOBCSA is seeking a Training Specialist with experience in developing strategy/transition plans for Program Management Warfare (PMW) 150 Maritime Command & Control (MAR C2) training products utilizing Agile development process at the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
Develop/update legacy and future training products in support of fielding MAR C2 products.
Provide expertise in all phases of training and exercise support ashore and afloat for MAR C2, to include planning, analysis, evaluation, and training support in accordance with DOD, SECNAV, OPNAV, and NAVWAR instructions and policies.
Design, develop, route, and support the approval of program training documents such as the following: Front End Analysis (FEA), Manpower, Training, and Requirements Plan (MTRP), Navy Training Systems Plan (NTSP), Work Packages for transfer, and Training Installation Transfer Agreement (TITA).
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders utilizing the Agile process to create and brief MAR C2 training products and status.
Participate in external training reviews and briefs to ensure consistent and relevant training is provided to the Navy and DoD enterprise.
Identify and define program training requirements, concepts, strategies, and plans for MAR C2 systems.
Provide input to and support development of key logistics documents including, but not limited to annual spend plans, LCSP, ULSSs, CARDs, HSI Plans, and NTSPs to support program Milestone and Fielding decisions for the U.S. Navy's Command and Control systems.
Monitor the development and delivery of schoolhouse and Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) curriculum for MAR C2 systems.
Provide Transition Management support, develop training strategies, and brief senior leadership on training way forward.
Develop training briefs for MAR C2 Program of Records (PoRs).
Provide support to the fleet by responding to requests for information (RFI).
Provide weekly training status reports for programs supported.
Interface with Product Owners and developers in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
Lead training IPTs and provide regular updates APM-T.
Qualifications
An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in training planning, curriculum development, and coordination of training installations.
One (1) year of experience implementing training utilizing OPNAVINST 1500.76C or newer series.
Experience with utilizing the following databases: SPIDER, HARPS, NSERC, AIM/CPM-LOM, FLTMPS, CeTARS, CANTRAC, eNTRS and CMPRO is required.
Knowledge of Agile process.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the development of training videos, QRGs, System Administrator Guides (SAG), System User Manual (SUM).
Understanding of the SCD, SWD, ECR and other engineering documentation process.
