We are currently seeking a Senior Training Specialist. This is a contingent opportunity (contingent on successful contract award.) The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Duties:

Develop, review, and route Program Training documents such as Training Estimates (TE’s), FEA, Baseline Comparison System (BCS), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Gap Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation Plan (TEEP), Training Decision Coordination Paper (TDCP), Military Characteristics Document (MCD), Training Supportability Requirements Analysis (TSRA), and Training Effectiveness Evaluations.

Track the approval of the final Training Installation and Transfer Agreement (TITA) and installation work packages for the transfer of training responsibility of installed Technical Training Equipment (TTE) and Training Devices at all training facilities.

Research and develop the Manpower and Training Requirements Plan (MTRP), Front End Analysis (FEA), and Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) documents to support PMW 150 systems.

Evaluate and provide feedback for system training courses, to include initial training, train the trainer services, and existing training. This includes training course materials for fleet introductory training, contractor conducted factory training, and OJT.

Conduct annual reviews of program NTSPs and develop recommendations and submittal letter for OPNAV.

Review and maintain training materials to ensure key elements of the program technical requirements are updated.

Plan, coordinate, and execute training events such as Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) seminars, refresher training, training requirement reviews, and training evaluations for service stakeholders and military personnel.

Requirements:

5 of the 10 years of experience in direct CBRN and Emergency Management. CBRN experience shall be with one or more of the following C2 systems (GCCS-M, CPOF, C2PC, JTCW, BCSS).

Master’s level degree in Education, Psychology or related Training and 10 years professional experience in curriculum development.

Minimum security clearance - Granted SECRET.
