The Sales Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Sales Marketing Manager and Senior Sales Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs in pursuit of specific opportunities.
Interacting directly with practice teams across the firm, you will develop visual and written content and utilize your creative skills to prepare layouts; tapping into your graphic design and production experience with Adobe InDesign. You'll work on a talented team of proposal coordinators serving NELSON's ten practices.

As a shared service team that supports the entire firm, NELSON's Sales Marketing Coordinators sit at the point where strategy meets execution. Understanding the big picture will allow you to contribute to the creation of consistent and compelling marketing materials that keep NELSON top of mind with our clients and prospective clients.
Your primary job functions will be to:
Support the Pursuit Process: You will support the pursuit team from receipt of RFP through kickoff and submittal, managing drafts, deadlines and deliverables, ultimately resulting in a timely and distinctive proposal.Produce/Create Marketing Materials: You'll be part of the team creating materials to include RFP/RFQ responses, short list and other presentations, capabilities books, qualifications packages, case studies, resumes, boilerplate and other required business development tools.Support the Sales Marketing Team: We work together as a collaborative team to fill in gaps, connect the dots and contribute to departmental initiatives. You'll participate in and contribute to internal strategy and marketing meetings.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably Marketing, Business, Journalism/Communications)Strong work ethic and excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skillsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign experience preferred, with proficiency a plus) and strong graphic design/production skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time, especially when working independentlyInherent curiosity and resourcefulness to creatively problem-solveAbility to navigate and adjust to different work styles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
