Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their growing marketing team. This role involves managing the proposal process, creating compelling marketing materials, and supporting new business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:Proposal Management; Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to final submission.Content Creation; Work with technical staff to create qualification packages, presentations, and other marketing materials.Team Collaboration; Coordinate with marketing team members to keep materials up to date, including resumes and project descriptions.Presentation Development; Develop engaging presentation content for project interviews and conduct staff training on messaging strategies.Campaign Execution; Assist in executing marketing and communications campaigns and special initiatives.Market Research; Stay informed on business news and market trends, sharing key insights with managers.Community Involvement; Actively participate in professional and community organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of experienceExperience in producing RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Preferred: Background in professional services consulting (engineering, architecture, construction, real estate development).
