Temporary Quality Improvement Program Advisor ILocation:

ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION

This is a temporary position. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business need and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Reporting to the Quality and Health Programs Supervisor, this position:Supports Quality Improvement (QI) and Population Health Department leadership and higher-level Quality Improvement Program Advisors with program administrationConducts quality improvement studies and analyzes data to evaluate the Alliance's performanceAnalyzes, develops and implements quality improvement activities to increase performance against national, state and regional benchmarks and definitions

The principles and practices of QI in a healthcare environmentThe principles and methods of research methodology, statistical analysis, and report designRelational databases and data analysisThe principles and practices of project management

Ability to:

Plan, organize, and lead data collection activitiesResolve complex analytical problemsDocument, summarize, and present statistical and technical data in a clear and understandable manner utilizing a variety of narrative and graphical formatsFacilitate and coordinate the work of a workgroup engaged in quality improvement activitiesInterpret, apply and explain policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and legal and contractual languageIdentify and define issues, analyze and interpret data, evaluate and synthesize a wide range of information, identify options and make recommendations for action

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care, Data Science or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience performing or supporting quality/process improvement or project management activities (a Master's degree may substitute for the required experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying

OTHER INFORMATION

We are in a hybrid work environment and we anticipate that the interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.While some staff may work full telecommuting schedules, attendance at quarterly company-wide events or department meetings will be expected.In-office or in-community presence may be required for some positions and is dependent on business need. The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below.

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).

Compensation Range

$30 - $41.50 USD

Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees.
