Engineering Delivery Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking energetic, forward-thinking professionals to join our Information Technology group in Prague. As part of that team, you will lead end-to-end capability delivery of Customer Engagement & Experience platform roadmap and associated capabilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of experienced internal and external resources to plan and execute global initiatives and product backlog on time, on budget, and with quality.This is a very important role with very high visibility and accountability and will be accountable for the delivery of new products supporting all regions across the globe. You will also be accountable for the shift from a project-based delivery mechanism to a product-based delivery mechanism. We are looking for a strong leader who is collaborative, a self-starter, can take ownership/accountability and drive results. This senior role will report into the Engineering Lead.This role is for you if you are a leader who is comfortable with rapid transformation, can handle ambiguity well and help others navigate it. You are a leader that will help shape direction and provide clarity to teams.ResponsibilitiesYou will work very closely with other value teams to ensure rapid and agile delivery of use cases. You are required to lead teams in the delivery of Business Use Cases ranging from complex integration, data onboarding, Salesforce/Veeva platform, product enhancements.You will work very closely with the Solution architects, Product Line Owners, Technical Leads, Integration Leads and Operation Leads to ensure alignment.Provide thought leadership in technologies and system architecture and drive innovation.Participate in product ideation sessions, roadmap reviews and customer calls as needed.Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand company needs and devise possible solutions. Understand business needs and identify potential use cases in multiple markets.Work with external partners to develop a minimal viable product to meet those market needs where there is a pressing business problem but scarce resources while resolving any issues that may arise.Lead teams of cross-functional resources to enable solutions to support divisional information needs.Partner with divisional IT to understand the business need and develop clear success criteria for solving for the need.
