IT Product & Business Analyst, Order to Cash - Billing

to be a change agent for the order-to-cash billing process. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, billing and digitization in the order-to-cash area.ResponsibilitiesDirectly coordinate, align, and partner with the business via managing specific Order to cash process area or subject e.g. Order management, BillingParticipate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our platforms and processesHandle small projects as a lead analyst, project manager, or as the subject matter expertAccount and manage for the demands per region and specific area and discuss this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/membersCollaborate with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this roleConstantly align with the OTC Value Team lead as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiativesQualificationsDeep functional/technical knowledge in SAP SD module and the experience in at least one full cycle implementation, project training and change management experienceHands on configuration experience in the SAP SD module coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as BI, BW analytics and middleware or EDIUniversity graduate or any of its equivalent in the logistics and sales, marketing, Business administration or Computer Science3+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industriesStrong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion and ambitionSAP certification is an advantage but not requiredWhat we offerExciting work in a great team, global projects, international environmentOpportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globallyHybrid working model in Prague, flexible role patternPension and health insurance contributionsInternal reward system plus referral programme5
