Senior Specialist, Regional Marketing in the Americas .Location - The ideal candidate will be based in Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis or New York.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing planning: manage a regional GTM strategy and execution plan, aligned to the global plan, to drive quarterly results across segments.Land localized campaigns and targeted programs in the region which align to global marketing priorities and execute against a local customer journey.Create and execute a mix of virtual and live prospect and customer events that evangelize the brand, drive customer awareness and education for AI and cybersecurity innovation and increase engagements, meetings, and conversions across every stage of the customer journey.Execute regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.Build strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance.Manage operational systems, processes, and budget within the team to ensure program and data accuracy.Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance KPIs and metrics on all execution in country.Qualifications & Experience2-4 years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.Demonstrable knowledge of the AMS market and tangible regional marketing experience working with sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills that include written, verbal, virtual team collaboration.Experience in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstrable operational and organization skills.Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.Willing to travel up to 30%.Benefits100% medical, dental and vision insurance, plus dependentsPaid parental leaveLife insurance401(k)#LI-HybridApply for this job
