The Fountain Group is currently seeking a
HR Administrative Assistant
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Seabrook, NH.
Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay:
$22-25/hour to start!Assignment Length:
6 -12 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.Shift:
Monday - Friday, shift may vary - 6-8am start time, 2pm-4pm end time.Responsibilities include:
Manage office operations including postings, communication records, mail incoming/outgoing, contact information, etc.Submit purchase requisitions, including blanket orders, on behalf of the Seabrook site as needed by maintenance, production, logistics, engineering, etc.Help to manage/set up site wide meetings.Assist in submitting monthly reports as required by the SHEProcess invoices, support goods receipts for non-inventory items and assist in contractor/vendor management.Works collaboratively with the HR Manager and assists by providing daily management of the Human Resources functionPrimary resource for employees with any HR related concerns or inquiriesConduct orientation with new hires and support the onboarding processPrepares and maintains employee new hire packets and ensures accurate and timely completion of the new hire process and paperworkEnsures confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential informationPlans and organizes onsite events.Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree preferred.2 years of experience in a HR Admin, assistant, HR coordinator or related experience working with HR teams and departments.Proficiency utilizing MS Office tools especially MS Excel for data entry and PowerPoint.Knowledge of HR related employment law and regulations.
