Position Overview: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Electrician will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on all plant electrical systems and production equipment, including fillers, processing, packaging, and robotics and automation equipment. The role involves repairing, testing, maintaining, and improving the electrical systems for the entire facility to support manufacturing operations, ensuring all equipment is working properly to prevent production downtime and electrical service interruptions. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and technical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. This position also requires a strong desire to help others, treat people with respect, and continually learn new skills and equipment. Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, finding solutions for improvements to maintain or exceed required efficiency levels. Troubleshoot and solve problems with electrical and electronic systems. Repair electrical systems, relays, and PLC controls. Use electronic test equipment, oscilloscopes, megohmeters, multi-meters, signal generators, etc. Interpret ladder diagrams/logic and program and troubleshoot programmable controllers. Understand mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain accurate work logs of repairs using the CMMS work order system, including preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency. Journeyman Card or 4 years of applicable experience as a qualified electrician in troubleshooting, electrical repair such as PLCs, Relays, Ladder Logic, Controls, and electrical systems, or equivalent military experience. Experience with Lock Out Tag Out procedures. Ability to read and utilize prints and drawings of components and mechanical systems. Strong mechanical skills and technical aptitude. Organized, logical, and detail-oriented troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work overtime,
