Great opportunity for an experienced Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a leading boutique law firm in their Washington DC office on a direct hire hybrid basis. This position will administer all aspects of entry-level and lateral attorney hiring. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Correspond with candidates, search firms, law students and career services professionals; Screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain applicant files; Coordinate and administer fall on-campus interview program; Coordinate and administer the summer associate program (orientation, work assignments, evaluations, and event planning); Must be highly motivated with excellent judgment; Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills; Work independently and effectively as part of a team; Must be available to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary. General requirements : Bachelor’s degree 3 years of full cycle law firm recruiting experience, including experience recruiting summer associates Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of viDesktop preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time If you would like to learn more about the Legal Recruiting Coordinator position available in Washington, DC, then please submit your resume, in Word format, to leslie.tuckertrustpoint.one.
