Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: General Litigation Paralegal Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid Work Schedule) Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Job Description: LHH has partnered with a well-know law firm in Costa Mesa, CA in their search for a mid-senior level paralegal to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial support, and post-trial activities. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Manage case files and maintain organized records of all case-related documents. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations. Perform administrative tasks such as calendaring deadlines and maintaining case management systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
