Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Summary: The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, including case management, document preparation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong background in personal injury, employment, or similar high-stakes litigation. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with managing all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial support. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel, scheduling interviews, depositions, and meetings. Manage discovery processes, including document production, organization, and review. Prepare materials for court filings and hearings, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines. Qualifications: 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury, employment law, or complex civil litigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
