Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary:

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, including case management, document preparation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong background in personal injury, employment, or similar high-stakes litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with managing all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial support.
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel, scheduling interviews, depositions, and meetings.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document production, organization, and review.
  • Prepare materials for court filings and hearings, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury, employment law, or complex civil litigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
