The Medical / Surgical / Trauma ICU DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. We are committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction. Serving the critical care adult population each dedicated unit consists of 8-beds and offers an exciting challenging opportunity for nurses to care for the very highest acuity patients in a 1:2 or 1:1 nurse to patient ratio. All units report to one Nurse Manager; nurses are hired specifically for each unit yet have an opportunity to cross train.
•24/7 Operational hours
•ACS Accredited Level 1 Trauma Center
•1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio
•Medical Surgical Trauma ICU
•Certified to perform Kidney Transplants
•National Leader in the care of Pulmonary Hypertension patients

Qualifications
Minimum:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.AZ RN licenseAmerican Heart Association BLS certificationACLS certification
Preferred:
BSNProfessional certification in area of specialtyOne year recent acute care experience
