Job Summary:
As a UX Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and behaviors to improve the overall user experience on our ecommerce sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure our websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.
Role and Responsibilities:User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Data Analysis: Analyze user data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and others to gather insights.Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our ecommerce experiences against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to help create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user experience considerations and findings are integrated into the product development process.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in UX research and analysis, preferably in an ecommerce environment.Skills:
Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavascriptUnderstanding of ecommerce best practices and trends.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
