Insight Global is seeking a Release Train Engineer for one of their premier financial services clients in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will be responsible for driving processes and execution oversight for Agile Release Trains. He or she will resolve or raise impediments, handle risk, and promote committed improvement through the train. This person will be responsible for facilitating train/release level events such as program increment planning, Inspect and Adapt and the ART synchs. This person will be required to work 3 days/week onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Required Skills & Experience-5+ years of Agile Project Manager experience.-3+ years of professional RTE experience in fast paced, enterprise level environments.-Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions.-Experience being involved with the scheduling and participation in PI Planning as well as other Agile ceremonies.-Need to be able to communicate effectively across multiple Scrum teams in efforts to communicate updates/status reports to different stakeholders as well as upper-level leadership.-Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
