Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Clinic Family Practice - $120 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Family Practice Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Details: • Pay: $120 Hr. • Coverage: ASAP - 3 Months with high likelihood of extension • Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30a-5:00p - with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Will have days off during week while working weekend shift. • No Call • Type of Patients/Cases: Family Medicine – Outpatient; all ages; cold/flu; diabetes management; chronic conditions; must follow Kaiser protocols for patient care • Patients per shift: 3 scheduled patients per hour; 20 minutes per patient; 2 blocks scheduled for mentor spots; comfortable with telephone and video visits • EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 days Requirements: • Active unrestricted CA License • Active AHA BLS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
