Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pediatrics Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Details: • Pay: $110 Hr. • Coverage: ASAP – 3-6 Months, with option to extend • Shift Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM plus Wednesday, & Thursday 8:30a-7:00p. 36 Hours / week • No call • Patient Types: Well Child Physicals (9-12 years), well baby & child visits, immunizations • Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per 8 Hour Day • Support Staff: Full support staff – RN’s, MA’s, LVN’s • EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: 12 Weeks from the time application submitted Requirements: • Active unrestricted CA License • Active DEA • Active AHA BLS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
