The Occupational Therapist may be requested to evaluate Medicare Hospice patients for palliation of symptoms/problems affecting performance of activities of daily living, structural environmental or equipment needs. QualificationsWhat is required...Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program & currently licensed in the State of Washington;Current CPR card (maintenance required)Two years' experience in a health care setting;Valid WA State Driver's License;Access to reliable transportation and valid Automobile InsuranceWhat is preferred...Experience with geriatrics, Medicare and home health.Additional InformationWage: Wage range currently starts at $40.68/hour and goes up to $61.66/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. This position may also be eligible to receive an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.
