Palliative Care Physician - Inpatient

Tanner Health is seeking a board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine physician that is committed to providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

100% inpatient responsibilitiesJoin an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker.Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred, but not required.Fellows are encouraged to apply.Education

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative MedicineBoard certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or applicable residencyCompletion of an accredited Palliative Medicine FellowshipCurrent GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirementsSchedule:

Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)Inpatient consults at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton & Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica
