Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days in office (Tuesday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, or Wednesday/Thursday)
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday (30-minute lunch)
Job Summary:
This is a clerical/administrative position with a heavy emphasis on data entry and electronic filing. The Document Clerk provides support pertaining to the operating functions of the area, department, and/or region.
Job duties may include some or all of the below essential functions:
Perform duties in a timely and accurate fashion while working under close supervision of the assigned manager.Meet all agreed upon schedules and deadlines.File, locate, pull. and classify a variety of different materials.Process file purges per retention guidelines.Utilize computer software to enter and verify data for transaction completion.Search, update, assign, interpret, select, and/or code items to be entered or extracted from a database.Assemble and arrange policies, documents, manuals, presentations, and/or printed materials.Produce various forms, reports, and correspondence.Proofread to ensure a quality product by identifying errors and omissions in materials.Receive, open, and distribute mail, faxes, and packages.Operate postage and other mail room equipment.Track certified mail.Prepare legal notices to ensure accurate information and the attachment of appropriate documents.Process and log premiums and checks.Reconcile accounts and secure checks according to company policies.Perform general administrative duties including answering the phone, retrieving voice mails, scheduling meetings, arranging calendars, and making copies.Requirements & Qualifications:
2 + years of general office experience a MUSTPrevious data entry experience (Must have strong data entry skills)Able to work efficiently with focus and excellent time managementAble to multitask and quickly shift prioritiesAble to work effectively with others to achieve goalsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)High School Diploma or GED
