**Certifications:**- BLS (AHA only)- ACLS (AHA only)- CHEMO certification (OCN preferred)

**Must-Have Skills:**- BMT experience- Inpatient Oncology- Administration of bone marrow- Graft Rejection- Graft-versus-host disease- Stem cell therapies- Administration of chemotherapy- Body fluid handling post-chemotherapy- Intravenous hydration/multivitamins

**Job Description:**- Work in a startup program for BMT with anticipation of low initial patient volume- Share expertise and mentor existing nurses in stem cell therapies- Floating required depending on the candidate's background- Required to work every other weekend or less based on staffing needs- Utilize Pyxis medication system, EPIC documentation, and SBAR communication- Collaborate with provider support teams including Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, and more- Provide patient and family education and support- Manage various medical emergencies and conditions like Anaphylaxis, Sepsis, and Spinal Cord Compression- Administer and manage various therapeutic agents and treatments- Care for patients with multiple cancer types and provide post-surgical care- Monitor and document patient progress and any abnormal lab values

**Preferred Skills:**- Experience in an Infusion Center and Outpatient Oncology- Administration of Interferons and Interleukins- Care for patients with isolation and neutropenic precautions- Advanced skills in phlebotomy, telemetry interpretation, tracheostomy care, and wound management
