This role will be involved in high-impact marketing campaigns and projects, be empowered to understand customer needs and make decisions that deliver real business value. You will operate as a digital marketing expert across multiple CMS tools and Marketing Automation technology to support customer needs, marketing campaigns, and help resolve tier 1 issues.

This position is part of the Marketing department located in Loveland, CO and will be .

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Work with web and marketing teams to implement and maintain web pages from design mockups in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Manage, edit, and maintain over 35 websites in over 20 languages. Support and execute larger web project needs as defined by Marketing and the business. Execute customer-facing single-language and globally-translated emails. Create e-mail campaigns in marketing automation tool at direction of Hach's marketing team, this includes landing pages, forms, and image assets. Engage and support design best practices for email and web page tactics including improvements. Provide Tier 1 level troubleshooting support for CMS and/or marketing automation utilizing internal ticketing system. Work as a customer advocate with a wide range of internal resources to ensure any quality or user issues are resolved. Support and execute on existing daily management and process controls with Hach campaign teams including engagement in continuous improvement of activities and processes. The essential requirements of the job include:

BA/BS in Marketing with an emphasis in digital marketing, digital communications or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience managing websites on a CMS platform such as AEM, Drupal, or WordPress 2+ years of experience in JavaScript/jQuery 1+ year experience in customer service or Tier I support is a plus 1+ year experience in marketing automation a plus 1+ year experience in project management a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
