In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Prioritize Marketing data projects and requests from marketing teams and other stakeholders for development, data cleansing, and visualizations.
- Develop Machine Learning models (predictive and analytical models) to deliver actionable product insights including Data Mining and collection procedures.
- Design and prepare dataset and dataflows supporting reporting and visualization projects including optimization and automation of reporting.
- Build data frameworks and data architecture (automate process) - including marketing data sources and reporting tools.
- Support and drive data governance within marketing and other business groups for delivery of
standard data framework. - Identify, promote, and support changes in processes and procedures needed to ensure improved data collections, cleansing, and standardization.
- Responsible for debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting data solutions and dashboards
- Support and maintain key data marketing tools and solutions including but not limited to GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA or BS degree in a technical or business-related degree.
•5+ years proven experience effectively developing and/or supporting Business Analytics for medium
to large organizations.
•3+ years experience working with relational databases.
•3+ years proven experience working with or developing dashboard tools like Domo, PowerBI,
Tableau for medium to large organizations.
•Experience working with marketing reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
•Knowledge of SQL, machine learning, and Javascript languages a plus.
•Basic understanding of desktop operating systems and network communication protocols.
•Basic understanding of PC hardware and peripherals.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
