The ideal candidate's responsibilities include managing simultaneous live chats, troubleshooting Microsoft and proprietary systems, and ensuring precise documentation for second-line teams.
Rate Range:
$14/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Support job responsibilities include:
Providing first-line support to internal employees through voice and chat channels, managing multiple live chats simultaneously.Troubleshooting basic issues on Microsoft applications, proprietary systems, and hardware such as Windows 10/11.Collaborating with regional and international teams to deliver high-quality client care.Documenting detailed support tickets for second-line resolution when first-line support is insufficient.Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and performance goals consistently.Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Utilizing multiple resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Working onsite four days per week, with one remote day, and being available for holiday shifts if scheduled.Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.3-5 years in technical support or customer service.Experience with Agent Chat support, Windows 10, and iOS.Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW. Pay Details:
$14.00 to $24.00 per hour
