Talent Acquisition
Manager
to lead and execute our talent acquisition strategy for field positions across all of our brands. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, HR, and restaurant leadership to meet staffing needs, optimize hiring processes, and drive the company's growth. You will also have direct supervision of the field recruiting team, mentoring and developing them to achieve hiring goals and meet company objectives.
What You'll Do:
Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align on recruitment strategies.Set clear performance goals for the recruiting team to ensure alignment with company staffing objectives.Track recruiter performance metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.Analyze recruiting source performance and recommend monthly budget allocations to optimize spend.Support the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition in managing databases, onboarding documents, and vendor integrations.Use data to identify and address areas for improvement within recruiting processes and strategies.Present regular progress reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.Maintain staffing plans and recruitment budgets as set by the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.Lead and support project management efforts for new ATS and recruiting software implementations.Promote KBP's brand as a preferred employer within the QSR industry through targeted outreach and marketing.Select and evaluate sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Manage resource allocation for recruiters based on staffing demands, ensuring adequate support across locations.Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting compliance, overseeing processes such as background checks, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify.What We're Looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-food/QSR or retail industries.Proven experience managing a team of direct reports.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employer branding in a high-turnover environment.Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting software.Strong interviewing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Passion for execution, talent acquisition, and a can-do attitude.
