North America Regional Operations Manager
SummaryThe Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing North America operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. This role will assist the Managing Director in meeting quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets while driving regional growth. Key responsibilities include daily leadership of production and supply chain operations for the region, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of products from international locations.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the U.S. and Mexico locations
Monitor, evaluate, and report on operational performance, including budgets, revenue, expenses, and KPIs
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and productivity
Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments and other production sites to develop and implement strategies that support overall Company goals to coordinate effective production and delivery of quality products
Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner and ensure that the Managing Director is kept informed of any significant issues
Provides leadership for Managers and direct reports employee for employee engagement through effective communications, coaching, training, and development
Responsible for overseeing the performance management process for site management personnel and ensuring that training, selection, assignment, review and appraisal of subordinates is conducted
Recommends staffing changes, promotions or status changes
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is maintained, and improvements are made per the CapEx plan
Performs other related duties as assigned
Other DutiesContinually evaluates methods, processes, team members, and equipment. Recommends processes that add value to company products and services

QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-cultural environment
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business objectives
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, think critically, and make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
