Educational Qualification* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Job Description of Role* (RNR)(Mandatory - Minimum 500 words) Scrum Master Roles and Responsibilities:1. Strong experience as Scrum Master who shoulda. Facilitate Periodic Stand-ups - Conduct regular stand-ups to discuss progress, identify blockers, and foster team collaboration.b. Board Management - Ensure the board is up-to-date, reflecting the current state of tasks and progressc. Process Improvement - Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and ensure clear communication.d. Stakeholder Communication - Support the analytics leads by ensuring they have essential information for discussions with stakeholders on prioritization and resource allocatione. Performance Monitoring - Track frequent blockers and metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and throughput to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency of execution.2. Should connect with team frequently to get updates3. Identify impediments and provide suitable resolution4. Follow up with the requestor on the roadblocks5. Follow up with team members to get regular updates6. Create Dashboards as per request from Leads7. Conduct periodic Retrospective calls
Additionally,Understands analysis workflow in a pharmaceutical settingHas worked in a regulated environmentExcellent and persistent communicator with experience on teams with both technical and managerial members Primary (Must have skills)* Scrum Master Roles and Responsibilities:1.
