Working with the IT Support Technicians, your role will be to support the needs of the team. Typically, this will involve travelling to the various Springdale sites, to pickup & return equipment to be investigated / fixed.
Your role will start with the ticket being raised, requesting support in whatever the user needs. Working with the Technician assigned, you will determine if a remote resolution is possible, & if not, you will arrange with the user to pick-up or return the equipment, ensuring safe delivery at the various sites.
A company vehicle will be provided for this, so a full driving licence is required.
