We are seeking an outbound dialer analyst to be a part of our strategy and complement the team’s journey towards the future within a cloud dialer solution. That is where you come in.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with building and editing SQL tables and SSIS Packages

Assist with SSRS reports and subscriptions

Campaign monitoring: Monitor call campaigns to ensure optimal use of resources and maintain records of daily dialer activities

Engage with IT and business partners to understand agent and caller experience

Interpret data flow requirements

Review processes for automation opportunities

Daily structure of prioritizations within GA according to Business needs/planning

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with the dialer system to maintain customer engagement and high performance

Required Qualifications:

2+ years with dialing software experience such as predictive dialers, auto-dialers, and manual dialers

Proficient in SQL (Structured Query Language)

Intermediate MS Office Suite skills

Comfortable taking direction with minimal subsequent oversight

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Genesys and LiveVox dialer experience

Knowledge of outbound relevant regulations and compliance standards

Agile methodology background

Call center and IVR experience

Healthcare experience

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
