As a Sr. Business Process Analyst, you'll drive vital projects that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You'll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with assigned business customers to determine ID card project needs and provide appropriate recommendations

Assess, interpret, and analyze customer project requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives

Partner with business owners, process owners, and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and support solution development

Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions

Provide clear and consistent status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project progress and issue resolution

Support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of existing solutions in collaboration with business owners and team members

Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners to drive adoption, collaboration, and resolution of ID card-related issues

Facilitate understanding of the overall business impact of projects across functional areas and among stakeholders

Leverage solid problem-solving skills to anticipate, identify, and diagnose issues, providing recommendations for resolution

Develop and nurture relationships across business groups to foster cooperation and efficiently resolve challenges

Lead and manage vendor-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate project requirements with precision and clarity

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform Regression Testing, and oversee Production checkouts to maintain system integrity

Utilize specialized tools to configure ID card outputs in partnership with vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and enhance process efficiency

Design and create mockup ID cards to meet the design and functionality needs of business partners

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analysis or a similar role

Familiarity with configuration tools and testing methodologies (UAT, regression, etc.)

Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Proven effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and documentation

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with print vendor and print material composition

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
