is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented

Cloud Support Engineer, Junior , to join our team in

Hanover, MD .In this role, you will be working as a cloud engineer utilizing cloud computing platforms and developing full stack web application interfacing with AWS services.

Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:Administer/maintain product security, integration and optimization within AWS platform.Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.In-depth knowledge of Commercial Cloud.Minimum Qualifications:

At least three years of experience in roles of similar capacityBachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.IAT II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience designing and developing applications in a Windows or UNIX/Linux operating environment.Experience providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.Experience providing Tier 1(Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.Must be a US CitizenPhysical Requirements:

The candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900.00-$134,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
