Cloud Support Engineer

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Support Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD . In this role you will be working as a cloud engineer utilizing cloud computing platforms and developing full stack web application interfacing with AWS services. Responsibilities Included but are not limited to: Administer/maintain product security, integration and optimization within AWS platform. Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems. Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc. In-depth knowledge of Commercial Cloud Minimum Qualifications: At least seven (7) years of experience in roles of similar capacity Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree. IAT II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days. Preferred Qualifications: At least ten (10) years of experience in roles of similar capacity Demonstrated experience designing and developing applications in a Windows or UNIX/Linux operating environment. Experience providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Experience providing Tier 1(Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph. Must be a US Citizen Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customers desk. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
