We are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. The Marketing Assistant will support the work of the Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Managers and assist with Community Relations activities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Attend weekly team meetingsSupport Marketing Director with various tasks including but not limited to attending meetings, assisting with social media campaigns, assisting with community relations activities, external community partner correspondence, etc.Assist and learn from Digital Marketing Managers, including website maintenance, metrics tracking, marketing campaigns, etc.Attend any and all meetings as needed, such as budget meetings, monthly incentive planning meetings, advertising meetings, etc..Assist with community and company events as needed.Ensure marketing materials and swag supplies are maintained at all times.Job Qualification & Skills
Bachelors' degree in marketing, or a related field, from an accredited university and/or the equivalent job experience.Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress preferred.Strong attention to detail with a penchant for data analysis and critical thinking.Must have a clean & valid driver's licenseMust be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
