Under administrative supervision, applies depth of knowledge and skill in complex and varied work situations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include imaging and deployment of computers, installing and configuring software and peripherals and assisting users during deployments. Installations and repairs may require working in cramped or confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, and exposure to electrical hazards.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:An associate degree or 2 years work experience in a related computer support field is preferred.
