Responsible for planning and prioritizing projects in the most efficient way, supporting all departments with the planning of repairs and providing updates to stakeholders.
Responsible for internal daily project management, project development, project implementation in the most efficient way possible, with internal and external suppliers.
Support the facility department by organizing projects and supervising the work of the technicians in executing the plans according to predetermined time schedules (course and facility maintenance) as needed.
Lead the assigned facility construction projects and provide technical assistance as needed.
Responsible to make sure OSHA requirements are followed and all the department activities (maintenance, constructions, repairs, buildings, vehicles, utilities, lockout-tagout, environment controls) are followed and ensuring regulatory compliance with different projects, and/or certifications, documentation in accordance with local, state, federal regulations.
Keeping track of KPI's that will contribute to benefit the organization.

BASIC
2+ Years of experience as Project reviews, Facility,
High School Diploma
Must be able to effectively Communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Proficiency in MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, project management)
