Recommends and supports the implementation of corrective actions that are necessary to reduce or eliminate non conformance to design specifications.Performs Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and develops Control Plans to mitigate process risk.Performs investigation from the shop floor to the engineering lab to identify and eradicate defects from the product using numerous Root Cause Analysis Tools.Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.Has capability to understand the build process on the manufacturing line, engineering requirements on the drawing, planning operational requirements, and then able to correlate the three to ensure that they are inline or identify gaps.Has the capability to work with the team and develop PFMEAs and control Plan.Apply knowledge of quality policies and practices to develop, document, and maintain quality systems and operating procedures.Develop and administer directives, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality system compliance.Apply knowledge of quality policies and governmental regulations to develop and administer long-range customer inspection plans, acting as agent/designee for customer, to meet contractual and other requirements.Ability to plan and coordinate improvements in manufacturing (e.g., hardware and tool acceptance, variability reduction and assembly operations, etc.).Ability to perform design reviews to ensure that quality is engineered into the product and tool.Ability to perform configuration audits and reviews of products, tools, and processes.Ability to compile, measure and analyze process capability data, models to perform trend analyses and risk assessments.QualificationsAt least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or manufacturing industry requiredBachelor's degree preferredAerospace and/or Automotive industry experience preferredKnowledgeable in Airbus specs and drawingsManufacturing, with focus on assembly or fab, familiar with RCCA process.
